Small wonder that each member of the FarSoft team looks over the moon in the accompanying photo. Guided by experienced facilitators Richard Boome and Sarah Lamond, FarSoft staff and management recently participated in an insightful and successful two-day life coaching event at Val Du Charron in Wellington.

The occasion provided a valuable space for introspection and informal conversations. Team members engaged in discussions to deepen their understanding of one another, exploring what drives each individual, their roles within the company and how they can better collaborate. Not only did the event strengthen team bonds, but it also illuminated shared goals, laying the groundwork for a promising future at FarSoft.

It speaks volumes that the facilitators were effusive in their comments about the event, ‘From the moment we first met Freddie and Gerhard, we knew that we were dealing with a very special group of people.
