Enthusiasm is at fever-pitch with the expanded ViTrax Central Financial. The latter is typically used by fruit marketing companies to manage fruit sales and costs, in addition to calculating and administering grower payments. So, the system does it all: from bookings with shipping lines, pallet stock tracking, producer payments and all financial components.

Ernst du Toit explained that the FarSoft team refined and improved several modules considerably over the last few months.

Saving time and money, in Sales (Fixed, Consignment and Partial Sales) certain fields populate automatically from debtor setup, in addition to bulk import of sales and cost values from third party vendor files. With updated screen layouts in Costs, there are different methods available for cost distribution to a carton level and more accurate figures on carton detail level.

Producer payments are now a cinch with better-quality calculations and producer reports. And importantly, with a new integration engine, Financial System Integration is customisable to fit in with different third-party financial systems.
