A customer-centric journey
Having a delighted customer is the most thrilling experience, according to Farsoft founder Freddie Roux. So, with the Farsoft ethos of ‘customers first’, the company has built a proud tradition of satisfied clients over two decades. A few of them expressed their appreciation.
After 20 years of service to Karsten Farms, the strong bond with Farsoft is appreciated by Karsten’s financial manager, Jannetje Slabbert. “Our relationship has been built on mutual trust, personal care, attention to detail and hard work. We’re genuinely proud of the association.”
Said Oast Farm chief Larry Whitfield, “Having started the race with Farsoft way back when, we’re in it for the long haul with this amazing company.”
Mariaan Kriel of Southern Farms in Augrabies waxed lyrical, “Over the many, many years of our association with Farsoft, this is a company that goes the extra mile. The support has always been nothing short of tremendous – friendly, accommodating and patient.”
“Dealing with a company that’s tops in the technological game is extremely satisfying. For nine years we’ve worked with this energetic, youthful team. Despite the pressures, they’re committed and accommodating – no matter what,” said Sterkwater Boerdery operations manager Howard Gibson.
Chiltern Farms GM Justin Mudge has enjoyed the journey with Freddie and his team. “Inevitable hurdles have always been solved with aplomb.”
According to Heinrich Woeke of Fruitways, the Farsoft team has become like family in their business over the years. “They’ve always been keen to adapt their system responsibly and holistically to improve our processes.”
“We see Farsoft not only as a supplier, but view them as one of our strategic thinking partners when it comes to problem solving and stock control. The team has made a tremendous difference to Dutoit Vrugte’s stock management – not only in the technical implementation with sometimes unrealistic deadlines, but also in the efficient and pragmatic approach they took in finishing this project. It’s always an energising experience to be part of a project where Freddie and his team are involved. They’re a bunch of level-headed programmers and system designers who can tackle any problem head-on and deliver on time,” said DuToit Agri director Rudi du Toit.
It all goes to show that good customer service is vital for the overall health of a business. Not only because people remember good service, but also because it shows you care and makes for a great marketing angle.
