Marble Hall Citrus joined the ViTrax community in 2005. Implementation was led by JacquesMoller and system accountant JurgensBasson. Moller explained that information and transparency were key requirements for the new facility where they had to report to 16 grower/packers not using a pooling system. “The challenge was to get more out of ViTrax with an organised and manageable approach.” He said with initial challenges at season-start, balancing many factors, the company first made decisions with Farsoft to organise data and then obtained commitment from everyone.
