When Citri Fruit Packing on the farm Groot Patrysvlei was looking at replacing its produce data capturing and management tool in 2005, ViTrax was lauded by several users. Managing director Rentia Visser researched all available options at the time and finally settled on Farsoft’s integrated information system after strong user references.

“The management reports are so comprehensive that I never need to go into the system anymore to extract data,” she said.

Groot Patrysvlei Boerdery is a young farm with approximately 100 ha citrus in the Clanwilliam area, producing about 100 000 cartons of oranges, easy peelers and lemons.
