Passionate about happy clients
Spontaneous and extrovert are the words that describe Farsoft’s new client service manager Hanneke Alberts who joined the company in July this year. In this role she’ll monitor pending support requests and assist the support team; handle FruitInfo marketing; identify and address client problems; plus take charge of ViTrax’s new client procedures.
Born and bred in Paarl, Hanneke matriculated from Labori High and then studied marketing management at Stellenbosch College. After spending three years in London, she joined Afriplex, advancing from PA to key account manager over a period of 14 years.
Hanneke said, “I have a crazy passion for people and an obsession to ensure our clients are satisfied. Having happy clients is in fact our mission.”
A mother of two, she enjoys the outdoors and camping.
