There’s nothing that Farsoft system supporter Selwin Matthyse enjoys more than helping clients, troubleshooting problems and testing new program features. “Visiting clients, seeing how they operate and providing training always gives me a real kick,” he added.

Before joining Farsoft in 2013, Selwin worked as a database administrator at Hortgro Paarl, as well as doing a short stint at the Nimble Group. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from CTI Durbanville.

Admitting to a geeky side, he said, “I often spend hours on my PC playing FIFA during my free time.” But, he’s also a huge sports fan – especially rugby and soccer. Selwin gyms at least four times a week and enjoys spending time with friends and family – “just having a good time overall”.
